Answers to the questions we are asked most often.
When will my order be dispatched?
Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. The Méribel is made to pre-order: please allow an extra 10 working days.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch: United Kingdom 7–9 working days (10–14 working days in total from your order), Europe 8–15 working days, rest of the world 8–15 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
United Kingdom: complimentary on orders over £200, otherwise £4.99. Europe: £14.99. Rest of the world: £23.99.
Will I pay customs duties?
Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are paid by you and are not included in our shipping charges.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. See Returns & Refunds for full details.
How do I find my size?
Our pieces come in sizes XS to L, depending on the piece. See our Size guide for size conversions and body measurements.
