Condition
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order items can be returned in accordance with applicable consumer rights; personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted.
