Professional fur cleaning only. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid perfume, hairspray and prolonged moisture. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.

Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Made-to-order items can be returned in accordance with applicable consumer rights; personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted.
